The Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) Form has been updated with a new expiration date. The new form will be mandatory for all home health agencies, hospices, and other Medicare-certified providers to use beginning on June 30, 2023. Double-check all forms that your agency use, even the ones that are pre-loaded from your EMR vendor. Never assume that any program is updated automatically!
