New Version of Hospice Quality Reporting (HQRP) Quality Measure (QM) User’s Manual Available

Version 3.00 of the HQRP QM User’s Manual is now available to download. The measure specifications for Hospice Visits when Death is Imminent Measure 1 and Measure 2 are included in this update.  The new user’s manual and all supporting documentation can be downloaded here.
